These terms cover your use of this website, which is run by Mario Fuller, doing business as S2MB Data Management ("S2MB", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You're welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please don't:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its servers;
- copy the site in bulk by automated means (scraping);
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Information on this site
This site describes our services, our products and our founder's experience. It is general information. It is not professional advice for your situation, and it is not an offer or a contract. Any work we do for you will be covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Our content and trademarks
The text, logo, design and images on this site belong to S2MB or are used with permission. Please don't reuse them without our written permission.
Names of other companies and products, such as Microsoft, Azure, SQL Server and Power BI, belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe tools we work with. This doesn't mean those companies endorse or partner with us.
Links to other sites
The product demo pages link to the live TIMS, MET and ARTS applications on www.s2mb.com, which require sign-in and have their own terms. Demo pages show how a product works and may be incomplete or change at any time. This site may also link to sites run by other companies. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, S2MB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. This site is free to use, and our total liability for any claim about it is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
